My research topics are Semiconductor devices and the application to neuromorphic computing. I am focusing on compact modeling of memristive devices to make artificial neurons and synapses.

I am currently working as a Junior Specialist at NISL. During my undergraduate studies at UCSC, I majored in Electrical and Computer Engineering with a focus on analog and digital communication. I have an interest in researching semiconductor devices and neuromorphic computing.
